Lucky Seven: Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Cane Grove Co. Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13007801), whose registered office is at 39 Grange Avenue, Kenilworth, CV8 1DD ("Cane Grove", "we", "us").
  2. Promotion period. The promotion runs from 00:01 UK time on Saturday 7 November 2026 to 23:59 UK time on Friday 7 May 2027 (the "Promotion Period"). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not entered.
  3. Eligibility. Open to customers aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. Employees of Cane Grove, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion cannot enter.
  4. How to enter. There is no separate sign-up. Every qualifying order is entered automatically. Our prices have not been raised for this promotion.
  5. Qualifying orders. An order qualifies if it is placed at canegroveco.co.uk during the Promotion Period and: (a) has a product subtotal of £100 or more, excluding shipping; (b) has no discount code, automatic discount or other price reduction applied; and (c) contains no item sold below its original price (sale items). Gift card purchases and wholesale or B2B orders do not qualify. Each qualifying order is one entry, so a customer with several qualifying orders has one entry per order.
  6. How the draw works. Qualifying orders are grouped into sets of seven, in the order they are placed. When a set is complete, one order in it is selected automatically by a computer process. The process combines data from all seven orders that cannot be known in advance, so neither entrants nor Cane Grove can predict or influence the result. Each order in the set has an equal 1 in 7 chance. Every draw is recorded. Any set that is incomplete at the end of the Promotion Period will be drawn by the same method within 7 days of the end date, with every order in that set having an equal chance.
  7. Prize. The winner receives a refund of the full amount paid for the winning order, including shipping and VAT. The refund goes to the original payment method (any part paid by gift card is refunded to that gift card). The customer keeps the items. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred.
  8. Cancellations, returns and chargebacks. If a winning order is cancelled, returned for a refund or charged back before the prize refund is made, it cannot win. A replacement winner will be selected from the other orders in the same set by the same random method. If a non-winning order is later cancelled or returned, the draw for its set still stands.
  9. Returns after winning. Because the winning order is refunded in full, no further refund is available for items returned from that order. Items from a winning order may still be exchanged for a different size, subject to our standard exchange policy and stock. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
  10. Notifying winners. We will email the winner at the address used for the order within 3 working days of their draw. We will process the refund within 5 working days of the draw. Refunds can take a further 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on the bank.
  11. Winner publicity. With the winner's consent, we may share their first name and county on our social channels. The first name and county of winners are available within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period. To request them, email dominik@canegroveco.co.uk with "Lucky Seven winners" as the subject.
  12. Fair play. We may exclude any entry we reasonably believe is fraudulent or placed in breach of these terms, including orders split or placed to manipulate the draw.
  13. Your data. Order details are used to run the draw and contact the winner, in line with our privacy policy. Entering does not sign you up to marketing emails.
  14. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
  15. Changes. We may amend, suspend or end the promotion if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary. Any change will be posted on this page, and no completed draw will be affected.
  16. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
