Delivery charges

  • UK Standard Delivery: £5.99
  • International Standard Delivery: £14.99

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, are processed from the next working day. During launches and busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times

  • UK: usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • International: usually 7 to 21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us and we'll help.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the service provides them.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, email contact@canegroveco.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

International orders: customs and duties

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charge. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund the cost of the items minus the original delivery charge and any return costs we're charged.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email contact@canegroveco.co.uk with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate.
